Kroeng Krawia Waterfall
Sangkhlaburi District, Kanchanaburi
The Ultimate Roadside Oasis & Family-Friendly Pit Stop Located right alongside Highway 323, Kroeng Krawia Waterfall (Also spelled as Kring Krawia) is a beautiful, medium-sized limestone waterfall standing about 5 meters tall. Nestled within the lush borders of Khao Laem National Park, the stream cascades down multiple gentle limestone tiers, shaded by a dense canopy of tropical trees.
Similar to the famous Sai Yok Noi Waterfall, Kring Krawia is incredibly easy to access—you can see the falls immediately after parking your car without any long jungle trekking. This makes it an absolute favorite pit stop for travelers heading toward Sangkhlaburi to stretch their legs, use the restrooms, grab a delicious meal, and enjoy the refreshing natural surroundings.

✨ Activities & Highlights
- Safe Swimming for All Ages: The shallow, gentle pools at the base of the waterfall make it exceptionally safe for children and families to splash around and swim.
- Shaded Relaxation: The area features well-maintained walkways and shaded spots perfect for cooling off and taking photos.
- Facilities & Local Shops: The park welfare shop and a spacious parking lot are fully available. Just outside the waterfall area, you will find several local restaurants, coffee shops, and souvenir stalls offering unique regional gifts and snacks.
🌤️ Best Time to Visit & Seasonal Note
The waterfall can be visited year-round, with the highest and most beautiful water flows occurring during the late rainy season. However, during the peak of the dry summer season, the area may experience temporary water shortages, and the swimming sections may close temporarily. Even during dry periods, the national park’s parking lot, restrooms, and surrounding shops remain fully open to serve travelers.
