🌾 Engineering Marvel & Agricultural Impact

As a grand diversion dam, its primary mission is to manage and supply water for agriculture, consumption, and ecological preservation across a vast area of nearly 3 million rai. This massive network stretches across six provinces: Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Suphan Buri, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Songkhram, and Samut Sakhon. Furthermore, the dam plays a key role in supplying raw water to the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority to help produce clean tap water for Bangkok.
